Refund Policy
At Ksofty, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because we sell digital software licenses, our refund terms follow industry standards for digital goods.
1. Digital Products (Software Keys)
All products on Ksofty are delivered digitally by email after payment.
Once a product key has been sent, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

The product key has already been delivered to your email.

The key has been activated or used.

The customer purchased the wrong product or version.

The customer’s device is not compatible with the software.
Digital licenses cannot be “returned” once viewed or activated, which makes refunds impossible in these cases.
2. Refunds Accepted in Certain Situations
We do offer a refund or replacement if:

The product key is invalid or defective.

The product you received is not the one you ordered.

There is a proven technical issue from our side.
In these cases, we will replace the key or refund your payment after verifying the issue.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before we send the activation key to your email.
Once delivered, the order is considered completed and cannot be canceled.
4. Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your key:

We will resend the product immediately.
